Yes and no. Delivery is free up to 20 miles from 30601 area code.  After 20 miles there is a fee of $4.00 a mile which covers set up and take down miles.  

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. We deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday or deliver on Tuesday and pick up on Thursday but it depends on your date selection.

Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call if you have any questions.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. We deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday or deliver on Tuesday and pick up on Thursday but it depends on your date selection. However for corporate, church, and school events please call.

You would need to keep it plugged in while it is in use. Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 100 ft of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. When it is not in use you may unplug it.

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.

Debit and Credit Cards. If you chose to give a tip you may do this in cash, for this is the only time cash is used. If you are a corporate, church, or school event please call the office to discuss payment.

Please check out our policies page for details. Once a deposit is paid and you need to cancel you have up till one year to use for a credit towards another date for your rental.

Yes all orders require a retainer. The retainer would depend on your total order which would be 21% for events.  All corporate events require 50%. The retainer will be applied to your balance as you pay in full. If you cancel prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. If you select the pickup only option A Refundable $50.00 cleaning wavier will apply for all pick up inflatable items. This will be in addition to the rental price and will be returned once the inflatables have been inspected and returned clean.

Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15’x15′ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, indoors and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. If you want the set up inside please call 706-340-7215 so we can get measurements before you event.

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered which we require you to sign before delivery.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign our contract so that you can be the trained operator.
