Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units, carnival rides, mobile gem mine, as well as a concession trailer while we serve your guest at any occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. Please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
The pric does include free delivery up to 40- miles. We do all the work for you, so you can enjoy your event.
We will deliver on Friday and we will pick up on Monday. There is no guarantee time that you receive your rental on Friday and there is not a guaranteed time it will be picked up on Monday, The delivery crew work as safely and quickly as possible to complete and pick up deliveries.
For certain rentals the inflatable can be delivered and picked up the same day, however it does not make the price cheaper.
Same day rentals but not limited to:
A example would be a party taken place at a park, a church, school, or corporate event.

You would need to keep it plugged in while it is in use. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 60 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. When it is not in use you may unplug it.
We do not cancel any inflatables for weather unless there is a local emergency or any unsafe conditions. If you believe that you need to cancel for rain or any reason you have up to 12pm two days prior to delivery or pickup to cancel. At that time you will be issued a rain check which you have up to one year from your cancellation date to use. Once you have your new date you can call us to apply for it once your new order is created. If we have already set up the inflatable and it rains then a raincheck will not be issued because the work has already been done. You are allowed to use your raincheck once per order. Yes, all orders require a retainer. The retainer would depend on your total order. You would pay $100.00 on your total order for the retainer. The retainer will be applied to your balance as you pay in full. If you cancel prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. If you select the pickup only option A Refundable $150.00 will apply for all pick up inflatable items. This will be in addition to the rental price and will be returned once the inflatables have been inspected and returned clean. Please note there may be certain times of year that pick up options or delivery are not available.
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, the use of silly string in or around the inflatable, the use of glitter in or around the inflatable, marking the inflatable with any writing device, and intentional damage) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign an initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Home Rentals Only:
If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel as long as you inform us before we set up. All monies that were paid will be saved as a rain check. The rain check will be available for credit within 1 year, in your name. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use.
If Rucker Family Amusement decides to cancel for any reason you will be given a full refund. Rucker Family Amusement reserves the right to cancel at any given time for any reason.
Corporate Events:
For ALL CORPORATE EVENTS in the event of a cancelation or reschedule, a rain check will be given by Rucker Family Amusement. This rain check must be used within 90 days of the original event date.
The reschedule event must be equal or greater than the original contracted amount. If you do not or can not reschedule and use within 90 days, no refund or rain check will be given past this time frame. All reschedules are based on availability.
If Rucker Family Amusement decides to cancel for any reason you will be given a full refund. Rucker Family Amusement reserves the right to cancel at any given time for any reason.
A corporate event is an event that is NOT taking place at a home. Some examples are company events, school events, church events, park events or rented space, festival and city events, neighborhood events or any events that are open to the public. If you are having a corporate event please do not reserve online. Our team will have to create a quote for you so give our office a call.If Rucker Family Amusement decides to cancel for any reason you will be given a full refund.
